At what age can you start using an electric toothbrush?
We recommend using our electric toothbrushes for adults from around the age of 10.
Otherwise, the brush head might be a bit large, the handle a bit heavy, and the grip less comfortable.
Is it waterproof?
Our toothbrush is completely waterproof and can be used in the shower! 🚿
Just be sure to close the rubber flap that protects the USB-C port after charging your brush. Don't worry, though, because you only need to recharge it once every 30 days! 😁
Remember to dry your brush thoroughly after each use.
How hard are the bristles?
Our toothbrushes are made with 2,452 soft Dupont nylon bristles (0.152mm diameter), which provide very effective brushing while taking care of tooth enamel and gum tissue. 🙂
In fact, dentists, several studies, and the National Institute of Dental and
CraniofaI (NIH) do not recommend using brushes with medium or hard bristles.
No more effective that soft ones, brushes with medium or hard bristles create lesions on your gums which can cause bleeding in the short-term and receding gums in the long-term, which can lead to loose teeth.
This is why we don't want to offer toothbrush heads with medium or hard bristles and never will! 🙏.
What is the delivery timeframe?
All our orders are shipped from our logistics warehouse located in California.
Orders are shipped the same day or the following day, and the delivery time is 48 hours after shipment within the US and approximately 3-4 working days for Canada.
At the moment, delivery to a PO box is not available due to technical reasons.
